Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB-BHT) Cover Sheet
To help streamline review of RB-BHT services for Alliance members with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), providers are asked to complete the Research-Based Behavioral Health Treatment (RB-BHT) cover sheet and include this document with all prior authorization requests. This cover sheet will help ensure that essential elements (based on the current clinical coverage policy) are submitted with both initial and concurrent requests for RB-BHT services. Providers are asked to begin using this cover sheet with all requests effective immediately.
