We strive to provide access to quality care to improve the health and well-being of our Tribal members in the communities we serve.

At Alliance, our goal is to provide our Tribal members access to equitable and integrated care, so they can live healthy, satisfying lives. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of Tribal members in the communities we serve.

We offer health plans for Tribal members in Cumberland, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Orange, Mecklenburg and Wake counties.

North Carolina has a total of eight recognized tribes including the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (ECBI) and the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina as federally recognized tribes. Below is a breakdown of where these tribes are mainly located within the state.
