What is Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)?
Section 12006 of the Twenty-First Century Cures Act and The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services require that states use an electronic visit verification system (EVV) for a number of select services within NC Innovations and TBI Waiver programs, in addition to select B3 services.
Learn more about electronic visit verification and review the NC Medicaid EVV FAQ.

Alliance Health operates a dedicated EVV help desk for general inquiries, troubleshooting, or contracted provider resolution. We also work in collaboration with our EVV vendor, HHAeXchange. If you have any questions or need assistance please email [email protected].
