Guidelines
Alliance Health’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of the people we serve by ensuring highly effective, community-based support and care. We are committed to supporting partnerships and initiatives that make an impact on the communities we serve across Cumberland, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange, and Wake counties.
Sponsorship priority will be given to support the following focus areas, but is not limited to:
- Addressing social drivers of health
- Increasing access to care
- Promoting positive health and developmental outcomes
We prioritize requests for funding from organizations/programs that:
- Serve communities within our seven-county catchment area.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing partnership with Alliance Health.
- Have a 501(c)(3) designation or are a government agency or public-school system.
Alliance Health does not accept funding requests for:
- Capital or building campaigns
- Endowment funds
- Individual causes
- Political causes or campaigns
- Programs outside of our seven-county catchment area
- Activities not specifically designed for the populations Alliance Health serves
How To Apply
We ask that organizations submit sponsorship requests at least 60 days before your event date. You may indicate a requested amount on the Sponsorship Request Form, but the dollar amount for an approved sponsorship may vary from the amount being requested and is subject to available funding.
Completion of the online request form does not guarantee a sponsorship award. Our Sponsorship Committee meets monthly, and we will review and advise on your request at that time. We will notify you via email of the Sponsorship Committee’s decision regarding your request. We will accept one request for each organization per calendar year. You may upload accompanying documents to support your request when you submit the form.
