Updates to NC-TOPPS Questions and Services
Effective July 1, 2026, NC-TOPPS will implement updates that include modifications to existing questions as well as the addition of new questions and services within the NC-TOPPS interviews. If you are using printed copies of the interviews or manual, please ensure you reference the most current version when conducting interviews on or after July 1, 2026. These updates will be automatically reflected in the NC-TOPPS system on or around that date. Delay in Payment Notification and RAs
Alliance  Health experienced an internal system issue during payment processing on June 15, 2026, which impacted the timely distribution of certain payment-related communications. As a result: Some weekly payment notifications were not sent as scheduled. There will be a delay in the availability of some remittance advices (RAs) and associated 835 files on June 16, 2026. We are actively working to resolve this issue. At this time, we expect the affected RAs and 835 files to be available later in the day on June 16, 2026, rather than during the normal morning distribution window.
