Provider Onboarding
Additionally, all providers are strongly encouraged to participate in an Alliance-specific orientation program that includes critical information regarding, for example, claims and UM.
What do providers need to do?
Alliance providers can complete the On-Demand Trainings identified below(please note: there is not a training certificate provided for the completion of the On-Demand trainings). Providers that would like to complete the training and obtain a training certificate would need to complete the training through the Alliance Learning Management System. Individuals would submit information to begin the registration process and they will receive notification from the Alliance Learning Management regarding completing the registration to access the training.
