There are a variety of ways to file a grievance with Alliance Health. This page describes them.

Please send your written complaint to [email protected] or to Alliance’s Grievance Team at 5200 W. Paramount Parkway, Suite 200, Morrisville, NC 27560. You may use the form on this page to submit your complaint. You can also file a complaint or grievance by telephone by calling the Alliance Access and Information Center 24/7 at (800) 510-9132.
