Alliance Hosting Town Hall Meetings About its Tailored Plan
Alliance is coming to each of its counties in November for live town hall meetings about its Tailored Plan. There will also be a virtual town hall option. The meetings will provide a great chance for residents, health care providers, and other stakeholders to ask questions and learn more about Alliance Health’s Medicaid Tailored Plan and Tailored Care Management benefit. Alliance Health is committed to providing a seamless transition to the Tailored Plan for members and to supporting local providers before and after plan launch.
Tailored Care Management, where a designated care manager will address a member’s whole-person health needs, starts on December 1, 2022. The Tailored Plan, an integrated health plan for individuals with significant behavioral health needs, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury, starts on April 1, 2023. You can learn more about the Alliance Health Tailored Plan at AllianceHealthPlan.org/tp/.
