For help with non-emergency issues and questions, call Member and Recipient Services Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please leave a message if you call us after these hours with a non-urgent request. We will call you back within 1 business day.

COVID-19 Guidance to Network Providers
Alliance is working closely with the State on options to increase flexibility in the manner that services can be delivered, primarily the ability to utilize telephonic support and other forms of virtual care and treatment.
