There are many types of services and supports Alliance can help connect you or your loved ones to for help with substance use disorder recovery. Learn more on this page.

How Can I Get Help?

To learn more about substance use disorder recovery services, call Alliance Member and Recipient Services at 800-510-9132, Monday-Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Who Can Get Help?

You may be able to get substance use services through Alliance if:

  • You have Medicaid from Cumberland, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange or Wake county
  • You live in Cumberland, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange or Wake county and do not have insurance

Most requests for these services will need a review to make sure they are right for you.

What Kind of Help Can I Get?

There are many types of services and supports Alliance can help connect you or your loved ones to for help with substance use disorder recovery such as:

  • Peer support
  • Outpatient therapy (OPT)
  • Residential services
  • Supported employment
  • Substance abuse detoxification
