The Community and Member Engagement team, part of the Alliance Community Health and Well-Being department, exists because Alliance Health recognizes that the experiences of members and families and the supports offered by our communities are critical in the planning and development of programs and services that allow people to have rich and fulfilling lives.
We are made up of several teams:
All of our efforts are aimed at improving the care and supports received by our members and their families so that they can live their lives to the fullest. We want to empower the people we serve and their families through education and exposure to resources.
