Alliance Health will offer permanent supportive housing (PSH) training to support Community Support Team (CST) and Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) providers by improving their understanding and practice of the PSH model. The two-day training will take place March 19 and 20, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Forum at Hope Haven (3815 Tryon Street, Charlotte).

The training is required for Alliance’s in-network Community Support Team (CST) staff (within 90 days of hire) and is available to In-network Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) housing specialists and team leads. PSH training is available to providers within the Alliance Health, Vaya, and Partners Health Management regions.

To receive credit, participants must fully attend both training days, download materials, arrive on time(absence may not exceed 20 minutes), and complete the evaluation.
