System of Care (SOC) is an organizational framework, a “way of doing business” driven by values and principles that enables our community to better meet the needs of children and their families. It utilizes teamwork as a way to organize and support a coordinated array of community services and resources. This collaborative strategy seeks to help families respond to the real-life joys and challenges of raising children who experience serious/complex behavioral, academic, social, and/or safety needs by combining and targeting community services to address those needs. During this one-hour overview training you will learn about the values and principles that guide SOC, how SOC is working in your community and how you can be a part of it.
There are no scheduled training opportunities for System of Care at this time. You can request a training session by contacting the facilitator for this training.
All provider information and resources have been consolidated into a new section of the website called Provider Central. This section is for health care providers and prescribers only.
