Adult Mental Health First Aid

Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults, how to offer and give help and how to guide a person toward care if needed.

• In-person (2nd Edition) – 7.5-hour, Instructor-led, in-person session. $18.95

• Virtual/Blended – 2-hour, self-paced online $23.95

course, and a 4.5- to 5.5-hour, Instructor-led
