- See details about the services covered by your benefit plan
- View your care plan, personal goals, and learning resources
- View or add lab results and your list of medicines
- Send messages to your care manager
- View information about your primary care provider and other providers
- Request a change to your primary care provider or care manager
- See your claims history
- Request a Medicaid card or member handbook
- View letters sent to you by Alliance Health
- Learn how to submit a grievance or view past grievances
- Learn how to submit an appeal or view past appeals
