The Alliance Health Member Portal provides access to a variety of valuable information about your health plan and your health care. It lets you:

  • View your member profile, including your contact information, how you prefer to be contacted, and people in your contact list
  • See details about the services covered by your benefit plan
  • View your care plan, personal goals, and learning resources
  • View or add lab results and your list of medicines
  • Send messages to your care manager
  • View information about your primary care provider and other providers
  • Request a change to your primary care provider or care manager
  • See your claims history
  • Request a Medicaid card or member handbook
  • View letters sent to you by Alliance Health
  • Learn how to submit a grievance or view past grievances
  • Learn how to submit an appeal or view past appeals
