How Can I Get Help?

To learn more about mental health recovery services, call Alliance Member and Recipient Services at 800-510-9132, Monday-Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Who Can Get Help?

Alliance Health manages public funds for services for both children and adults, through a large network of providers in an office setting or in your home or community.

You may be able to get mental health services through Alliance if:

  • You have Medicaid from Cumberland, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange or Wake county
  • You live in Cumberland, Durham, Harnett Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange or Wake county and do not have insurance

Most requests for these services will need a review to make sure they are right for you.

What Kind of Help Can I Get?

There are many types of services and supports Alliance can help connect those facing mental health challenges to such as:

  • Peer support
  • Rehabilitation
  • Medication management
  • Outpatient therapy
  • Supported employment
  • Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
  • Housing
