Traumatic Brain Injury Relative as Provider (TBI RAP) Now Available

Alliance is happy to announce that TBI RAP codes are now available and effective as of September 1, 2026. Providers who want to add these codes to their contract must submit a Comprehensive Provider Application.

Providers must work with the member’s care manager to determine if TBI RAP is appropriate for their member. If agreed upon, the provider must submit the TBI Verification of Relative as Provider form.
