Revised Clinical Coverage Policy Published
Alliance Health has published a revised clinical coverage policy to the website. CCP-102 Non-Covered Benefits outlines the-principles that Alliance uses to determine whether a requested service is a non-covered benefit under the member’s applicable benefit package. Use this CCP only when there is no other service-specific policy, criteria, or coverage statement that supersedes this policy.
