EVV Providers - Important PCS Rate Increase Information
As recently communicated, there has been a rate increase for Personal Care Services.
Specifically, EVV Providers billing 99509 HA and 99509 HB will need to update the rate within our EVV vendor system, HHAeXchange, prior to billing services for DOS beginning August 1, 2026. If this is not completed prior to billing, providers will need to send replacement claims to receive reimbursement at the higher rate.
