Prior Authorization Submissions
Providers are strongly encouraged to submit all prior authorizations requests through our Jiva Provider Portal. This centralized, user-friendly tool delivers faster response times, minimizes administrative effort, and allows real-time status tracking. This ensures timely decisions and a smoother, more efficient experience so you can stay focused on delivering high-quality, member care.
