Licensed Professional (LP) and Licensed Professional Associates (LPA) Rate Change

Effective September 1, 2026, Alliance will begin honoring the separate rates for LPs and LPAs as shown on the NC Medicaid Fee Schedules.  Please refer to the NC DHHS Fee Schedule
link under “Other Behavioral Health Services” for detailed rates. Alliance will use the information from DHHS to identify LPs and LPAs by a combination of NPI and license group. Please ensure your information is up to date in NC Tracks. This applies to both Medicaid and State funds,
