To ensure members receive care in a timely manner, behavioral health providers, PCPs, pediatricians, and specialty providers must follow appointment availability and after-hours access standards.
On an annual basis, as required by our contract with NC Medicaid, Department of Health and Human Services, Alliance Health, conducts annual Provider Appointment Access Surveys to understand the wait times for appointment standards and after-hours availability. The surveys help us learn how effective our network is in meeting the needs and preferences of members.
Alliance Health’s contracted vendor, The Mihalik Group (TMG), will conduct the surveys via mail, email, or fax.
You will receive the survey by mail, email or fax invitation asking you to complete the survey. Please respond within five business days to the mailer, email or fax surveys.
