Help from Member and Recipient Services

There is someone to help you at Member and Recipient Services. Representatives are available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Member and Recipient Services can be reached at 800-510-9132 or our Relay number by dialing 711 or toll-free at 800- 735-2962 and selecting Option 1.

Contacting Your Care Manager

As a member of Alliance Health, you may be eligible for tailored care management. If you are eligible for tailored care management, you will be mailed a welcome packet within 7 days after you enroll with the Alliance Tailored Plan giving you information about Alliance and about care management. Included in the welcome packet is an opt out/preference form and a self-addressed stamped envelope. You should indicate any preferences you have about the care management assignment on the form and mail it back to Alliance.

Once we get your reply, you will be assigned to a care management provider agency. That agency will assign you to an individual care manager. If you choose not to tell us your preference for care management, or you do not return the form to us, a care manager will be assigned to you.

You will get another letter from your care management provider agency with the name and contact information of your care manager. You can contact your care management provider 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You may also contact Alliance Member and Recipient Services from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday to get connected to your care management provider. An Alliance Member and Recipient Services representative can transfer you to your care management provider if you want them to.
