Registration Now Open: Free Training for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Alliance Health is pleased to offer a FREE, highly sought-after training opportunity designed exclusively for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This six-week training series will strengthen communication skills, deepen understanding of person-centered care, and introduce effective strategies for supporting individuals with disabilities.

Space is limited, and a monetary incentive is available for participants who successfully complete the program in accordance with the specified guidelines. Don’t miss this opportunity. (Participants may not register with more than one provider.)

Training Overview

• Cost: Free
• Training Dates: February 3, 2026 – March 10, 2026
• Time Commitment:
  • Six-week program
  • One virtual session each Tuesday
  • 12:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. (105 minutes per session)

Eligibility Requirements

This training is intended for actively employed IDD and TBI Direct Support Professionals who support individuals with dual diagnoses (IDD/MH).

DSPs must be employed by an Alliance Health–contracted provider to participate. If employment with a contracted provider cannot be verified, eligibility for the monetary incentive may be forfeited.

Monetary Incentive

• Incentive Amount: $185.00
• Provided to DSPs who:
  • Successfully complete the full training program
  • Receive a certificate of completion
  • Remain actively employed with the provider listed in their registration at the time of incentive payment

• Registration Deadline: Wednesday, January 21, 2026 (end of day)
• Registration is first-come, first-served for fully completed submissions
• Incomplete or unverifiable information may result in the denial of participation or the forfeiture of the incentive
• Participants must complete all required surveys (pre-training, session, and post-training surveys) to receive a certificate of completion
