Alliance Health experienced an internal system issue during payment processing on June 15, 2026, which impacted the timely distribution of certain payment-related communications.
As a result:
We are actively working to resolve this issue. At this time, we expect the affected RAs and 835 files to be available later in the day on June 16, 2026, rather than during the normal morning distribution window.
Additionally, we ask that you allow us through Thursday to complete our review and ensure the accuracy of all delayed files.
No action is required from providers at this time.
Our team is closely monitoring the situation, and you do not need to contact support regarding this issue.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete processing as quickly and accurately as possible.
