Claims and Enrollment Overview
The e-Learning session is offered by the Claims and Enrollment departments. This session covers essential information from the Claims and Enrollment Guide, including the enrollment process and claims procedures. The course is accessible via KnowledgePoint.
Claims One-on-One Technical Assistance
The Claims team will host virtual sessions to assist with agency-specific issues related to claims submissions, denials, and RA Reports.
Note: Space is limited, and registration is required. Providers/staff should join at the beginning of the session to ensure timely assistance. The sessions are accessible via KnowledgePoint.
