If you are uninsured, have insurance coverage that makes it too expensive to access behavioral health services, or need a behavioral health service that is not covered by your insurance, you may be able to access behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities services through Alliance.

Also, Alliance Member and Recipient Services representatives are available to help you access needed behavioral health care services. A representative can refer you directly to behavioral health services and to service providers who offer services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You can reach Member and Recipient Services Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. by calling 800-510-9132.

If you are experiencing a behavioral health crisis or need urgent behavioral health care, you can contact your provider directly if you are in treatment or contact the Alliance behavioral health crisis line at 877-223-4617 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A licensed behavioral health professional will refer you to needed care.
