Provider Education Sessions: Enrollment & Claims Support

Alliance Health is offering two valuable weekly sessions to support providers with enrollment and claims processes:

Claims and Enrollment Overview

Presented by the Claims and Enrollment departments, this session covers essential information from the Claims and Enrollment Guide, including the enrollment process and claims procedures.

  • Time: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • Frequency: Weekly on Tuesdays
    Note: Providers only need to attend one session.

Claims Technical Assistance

The Claims team will host virtual sessions to assist with general questions and agency-specific issues related to claims submissions and denials.

  • Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Frequency: Weekly on Tuesdays
    Note:
     Space is limited and registration is required. Providers/staff should join at the beginning of the session to ensure timely assistance.
