Jiva Production System Maintenance Scheduled

The Jiva Production Environment will be down for maintenance beginning at  8:00 p.m. on April 25, 2026. The Jiva Production Environment includes the Jiva Nurse/Core Portal, Jiva Provider Portal, and Jiva Member Portal.

On this date, Jiva Production will not be accessible from April 25, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. to April 26 at 10:00 a.m.
