Professional Development and Certification Opportunity for DSPs
Alliance Health has partnered with the National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (NADD) to provide free training for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) employed by Alliance network providers.
Registration:
Providers may register only two staff members as space is limited. Additional slots may become available depending on capacity.
Registration opens May 4, 2026.

Training Series Includes:
- DSP Train‑the‑Trainer Series
- Optional DSP Certification
- Participants may choose to complete the certification exam; certification is granted upon passing.
- Monthly Educational Webinars
- Live‑virtual and recorded sessions that organizations may use for future DSP and agency staff training.
Training Dates
Participants must attend all sessions to receive the incentive.
Training Dates (8:00 AM–12:00 PM):
June: 11, 18, 25
Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be currently employed with an Alliance Health–contracted agency
- Serve in a DSP role working with members diagnosed with IDD, TBI, and/or dual IDD/MH
