Jiva Production System Maintenance Scheduled
The Jiva Production Environment will be down for maintenance beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST on June 27th, 2026. The Jiva Production Environment includes the Jiva Nurse/Core Portal, Jiva Provider Portal, and Jiva Member Portal. Jiva Production will not be accessible from 8:00 p.m. until June 28 at 10:00 a.m.
