Important Update on Medicaid Rate Changes Effective October 1, 2025

NC DHHS has recently announced significant, mandated state changes to Medicaid reimbursement rates that will impact all Medicaid enrolled providers. Due to a funding gap, NC DHHS plans to implement both across the board and service line specific rate reductions effective October 1, 2025.
