Alliance is the managed care organization, or MCO, for public behavioral healthcare for the citizens of Cumberland, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange and Wake counties in North Carolina. Members of the Alliance Health Plan are insured by Medicaid or are uninsured.
