Reminder to Check Provider Site Names in NCTracks and ACS
Alliance encourages providers to review their NCTracks enrollments to ensure there is a site name indicated for each NCTracks site enrollment. This is important because the site name in your NCTracks enrollment is the same site name that will be reflected in ACS. If there is no site name listed in NCTracks, the organization name will show as the site name in ACS.
We are in the process of adding the site address to each site in ACS if there is no site name in NCTracks, but until that is completed the site name shown in ACS will be what is currently in your NCTracks site enrollment.
