Jiva Provider Portal
Beginning May 1, 2024, due to the implementation of the Jiva Provider Portal, Alliance Health will accept behavioral health retrospective requests for services that will be reviewed for medical necessity for dates of service 5/1/2024 through 6/30/2024. Effective October 1, 2024 all prior authorization request rules will apply.
