Terminated (Retired) Clinical Coverage Policies
NCDHHS has terminated (retired) the following CCPs: Genetic Testing 1S-4, Genetic Testing for Susceptibility to Breast and Ovarian Cancer (BRCA) 1S-5, and Gene Expression Profiling for Breast Cancer 1S-7. They will be replaced with alternate CCPs in the foreseeable future.
