New Requirements for Correcting Denied Claims
Effective February 16, 2023, Alliance Health will no longer accept corrected/replacement claims for denied claims. To correct a denied claim, providers will now be required to submit a new claim with the updated information. We will continue to allow corrected claims (or “replacement” claims) for previously approved claims according to the replacement claims timeframes listed in our billing manual.
