Jiva Production System Maintenance Scheduled
The Jiva Production Environment will be down for maintenance beginning at 6:00 p.m. EST on July 10, 2026. The Jiva Production Environment includes the Jiva Nurse/Core Portal, Jiva Provider Portal, and Jiva Member Portal. Jiva Production will not be accessible from 6:00 p.m. until July 11 at 2:00 p.m.
