Unmanaged benefit for outpatient therapy increased
Effective April 1, Alliance has increased the unmanaged benefit for outpatient therapy from 24 units to 52 units. Unmanaged benefits reset at the fiscal year (July 1). As a reminder, all services provided must meet medical necessity and providers should retain this documentation in the member’s medical record.
