Adult Mental Health First Aid

In this virtual course, you will earn your Adult Mental Health First Aid Certificate and learn how to:

  • Reduce stigma surrounding mental health
  • Learn how to guide people towards professional help
  • Improve mental wellbeing with self-care strategies
  • Become more confident talking about mental health and substance use

This training is held in EST time. The virtual model of this course consists of 2 hours of self-paced work online, followed by a virtual instructor-led training on Teams.
