New Partnership with EviCore

Alliance Health is happy to announce a partnership with EviCore to provide services for members enrolled in the Alliance Tailored Plan. Effective March 1, 2026, Alliance Tailored Plan members will require prior authorization from EviCore for dates of service beginning March 1, 2026 and beyond for radiology, cardiology, laboratory, musculoskeletal and radiation oncology services.

A procedure code look up tool is available on the Alliance website for your convenience to direct you to where prior authorization requests should be submitted for review based on codes you are requesting. Questions can be directed to the Provider Support line at 855-759-9700 Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
