Alliance Personal Care Services (PCS)
Alliance Health supports access to Personal Care Services (PCS) which is an optional state plan service that provides Tailored Plan eligible members who because of a disability, chronic illnesses, or other medical conditions are unable to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) independently and require hands-on assistance. Alliance Health will complete assessments for Tailored Plan eligible members who have a Request for PCS Assessment submitted. Learn more about Alliance Health’s PCS process.
