Emergency and Disaster Information

During a State of Emergency or disaster, you can contact Member and Recipient Services at 800-510-9132 or our 24/7 behavioral health crisis line at 877-223-4617.

Alliance works closely with the local County Emergency Operations Centers during disasters or declared states of emergency. Alliance is able to provide information on local emergency options, including local shelter locations and resources available through the Red Cross, and assist you in connecting with health care and behavioral health services.

During a state of emergency or disaster, contact Member and Recipient Services at 800-510-9132 Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or our behavioral health crisis line at 877-223-4617, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Member and Recipient Services representatives and licensed behavioral health clinicians are trained to provide you with local resources and can link you to the care you need.
