Update to Non-Medicaid Rates
Effective October 31, 2022, Alliance has ended CR and/or GT CR for specific COVID services, pursuant to Special Bulletin COVID-19 #251: Sunsetting of Temporary COVID-19 Flexibilities Tied to the NC State of Emergency. This impacted outpatient and E&M services. If special modifiers tied to base codes had CR and/or GT CR modifiers, those codes have been end dated as well.
