UM Provider Training - SAR Submission

 

Alliance is offering a virtual training on submitting electronic Service Authorization Requests (SAR) through the Alliance Claims System (ACS) provider portal on Monday, November 22, 2021, from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm. This training is intended for providers new to ACS and will review how to:

  • Lookup a member
  • Submit a SAR
  • Check on the status of a SAR
