SMI Adviser Assessing Impact of Clozapine REMS
SMI Adviser invites providers to participate in a needs assessment to evaluate the impact of the clozapine REMS on practices. Responses, which will be unidentified, will be used to further guide the work of SMI Adviser and APA in their efforts to address barriers that impact the use of clozapine. Additionally, responses, which will be unidentified and summarized, will be shared with the FDA to further inform their implementation of the REMS.
The assessment should take fewer than 10 minutes to complete. Take the assessment.
