Round 3 for Tailored Care Management Applications

NCDHHS has announced that the Round 3 application period for Tailored Care Management (TCM) Certification will open on October 1, 2022.  Download the NCDHHS bulletin for more information.

NC AHEC has scheduled an informational session for interested providers on September 29, 2022, from 3:30 to 5 pm. Webinar registration is available at the NC AHEC website.
