Reminder Regarding Innovations and b(3) Respite Services
This is a reminder to providers of Innovations Waiver and b(3) respite services that per Clinical Coverage Policy 8P (Innovations) and the Alliance Statement of Work (b(3) Respite):
“Respite services provide periodic or scheduled support and relief to the primary caregiver(s) from the responsibility and stress of caring for the (individual),” and “may not be used as a regularly scheduled daily service in individual support.”
