Provider Gifts to Alliance Employees

At Alliance, we value the working relationships we maintain with our vendors and members of our Provider Network, and we always appreciate the thought behind a gift from them, particularly during the holiday season.

However, please be aware that our Conflict of Interest policy and Code of Ethics and Conduct do not allow us to accept gifts, even small ones. Alliance values integrity and honesty. Maintaining all business decisions and relationships conflict-free, including the perception of conflict of interest, is a priority. Alliance employees will politely decline gifts offered in person, sent by mail, or left at an Alliance office. Gifts received will be tracked and donated to a local homeless shelter.
