Important HHAeX Provider Notification
In alignment with the NC state spec requirements released on August 8, 2022, effective October 5, 2022, HHAeXchange will require the following fields to be included in integration files if either of the following fields are sent: Visit Start Time and Visit End Time:
- Clock-In Service Location Type
- Clock-Out Service Location Type

Integrated providers on older versions must transition to V5 before Friday, July 1. This was previously communicated on January 24, 2022. The older formats do not support the newly required fields. Note that failure to comply with these changes will impact your ability to import visits for EVV compliance and claim submission.
